He completed his graduation in Mechanical Engineering and pursued a short-term course in Shipbuilding and Naval Architecture at IIT Madras. Then he Performed as a Design Engineer at Vik sand Vik Ship Design Consultant ( Wartsila ) .

He also served as an owner Respersentative for the ship ( Vessel ) Sindhu Sadhana (IMO 9608855), a research vessel belonging to the National Institute of Oceanography – Goa, under the Government of India. This vessel successfully completed 4 years of operation with scientists specializing in oceanographic research in 2014.

Later on he elevated his ideas and executed in entrepreneurship by started “CRM Business Solution & Traders ” in 2017 And provided ,  ” N ” number of Solutions to India’s immense major revenue -generating sectors such as Spirituality, Politics, Cinema, and  Sports ( cricket ).

Mr.P.SenthilBalaji incorporated Scavex Ventures India Private Limited on December 16, 2020. The company aims to spread positive vibrations worldwide in terms of finance, well-being, and holistic development.
